The Holy Grail Course

This trading method deals with certain esoteric Laws of Nature which are universal and immutable, whereby everything in the Universe is created and destroyed. So far The Holy Grail Method has worked on every chart that we have tested it on. Sometimes indices predictions can be slightly off because we are charting multiple vibrations within one chart vs. one asset that vibrates on it’s own flows more freely.

When it comes to charting The Holy Grail Method there are certain specific time frames that we will be using for certain reasons but let’s just say that you can find cycles on a 10 day time frame all the way down to the 1 second timeframe, so whichever your charting style is whether it’s for scalping or larger swing cycles the Laws are the same and you will still be able to benefit from it immensely. 

It is possible to use these methods to reach a prediction of time and price but the core of the system is mostly focused on forecasting price within a cycle.

This course will cover other hidden factors that aren’t as well known to the general public.

The course has been simplified to the point where the most intermediate or advanced technical analysts will be able to understand and apply these simple techniques, that being said, even though we will be going over how to predict exact tops and bottoms with precision you will still have to battle the mind, its’ conceptions, and biases to make a successful trade actually happen. Trading and charting are not the same.

Web3 token gating is a mechanism used by decentralized communities to manage members and access to certain features or content within certain platforms. It requires members to hold a specific type of token (NFT) in their crypto wallet in order to gain access to the community or specific sections of it. A few advantages of token gating include ensuring that the community is made up of invested and dedicated individuals and offering a secure means to protect the information of our community.

Unlock is the name of a Web3 non-fungible token (NFT) member protocol. The Unlock platform connects the private members of our community directly. Instead of a centralized platform, it is a protocol that is publicly owned, open source, and community-run. We believe it’s an effective way to enhance private associations as well as the web.

The user must sign in to their crypto wallet from a browser or app to contribute to retrieve a key or members token utilizing the Unlock Protocol on the “members only” sections of the course pages.  Because the NFT is on the polygon network a tiny amount of polygon (matic) in their wallet is necessary to cover the gas cost associated with the small transaction fee. The Unlock Protocol settings that we use accepts USDC on the polygon network or a credit card gateway from Stripe (10% fee).

Our members NFT’s are soulbound and non-transferable meaning that they cannot be sent to another wallet or traded on the open market.

Public: Those who fall under the legal definition of “the Public” are those who are subject to governmental regulation and protection. Legislative laws control it.

Private: Individuals can choose to enter into contracts with one another and self-govern in the “Private” domain. The U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights guarantee its protection.

4th Way Ministry is Faith Based Organization that is set up as a Private Member Association. A Private Member Association is men and woman collectively asserting and standing upon their secured perfect rights to assemble and associate; their reserved authority; their pre-existing claim to absolute authority and control over the health of their own body, mind and spirit and rights (hereinafter collectively referred to simply as “rights”) A PMA functions by the members acting as people, in their real private character and capacity, “No State can make a law that impairs the obligation of a contract”​ and therefore is without jurisdiction.

The 1st and 14th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution give the individual the right to free speech, free expression and free assembly (freedom of association) against state police power except for special circumstances. “…those guarantees of the Bill of Rights which are fundamental safeguards of liberty immune from federal abridgment are equally protected against state invasion…and therefore made immune from state invasion…are First Amendment’s freedoms of speech…assembly, association…”  Also, “…the rights to freedom in speech…were coupled in a single guaranty with the rights of the people peaceably to assemble.” 

In addition, the court held that the “membership lists of the very type here in question to be beyond the state’s power of discovery…”  “…the First Amendment does not protect speech and assembly only to the extent it can be characterized as political…And the rights of free speech (and free association) are not confined to any field of human interest.”  

Unincorporated associations are lawful, but the PMA’s exemption is determined by the Supreme Court’s interpretation of the U.S. Constitution, which is the highest court in the land.

Therefor, living men and women who come together to stand up for their rights to decide for themselves whether goods, services, or businesses they will utilize to live, thrive, and preserve their financial well-being in mind, body, family, and spirit constitute a PMA.

The local, state, and federal governments will no longer be able to regulate or interfere with our business as a result. This includes denying them the right to insist that we get a license so that we can operate our private enterprise.

A PMA is like your private residence. Unless you are obviously intending to perform major harm or create a substantial evil, all transaction that is transacted within the confines of your house between family members is considered to be private.

The rights of members of a PMA to pursue their particular goals and purposes within the group are greater than those of those members in public life.

Professional members have more rights and freedom to pursue their personal goals and objectives for aiding their clients within the association than they typically would under most government controlled regulatory schemes. 

There are no societal or political restrictions on the right to associate. This privilege may be used for commercial purposes (e.g. sale of alcohol). Under the due process and liberty clauses of the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments, members of a private membership association have the right to enter into private contracts, and governments are not permitted to enact laws that limit the legal effect of a contract. In conclusion, the First, Fifth, and Fourteenth Amendments provide us the right to due process.

The 10th Amendment, which ensures that all people born or naturalized in the United States and subject to its authority are citizens of both the United States and the State in which they reside, must also be taken into consideration. No state shall enact or carry out any legislation that restricts the rights or privileges of US citizens; no State shall rob anybody of their life, liberty, or property without due process of law; and no State shall refuse to any person within its borders the equal protection of the laws.

We also need to consider the 9th Amendment, which gives every man, woman, and child a set of unalienable rights. In addition to the freedoms of life, liberty, property, expression, assembly, and due process, these unalienable rights also include any freedoms that the government is not expressly granted by the Constitution. We all possess a certain right or freedom if the Constitution does not expressly grant that right or freedom to the government.

These liberties include the right to self-determination, homeschooling, the choice of providers for goods and/or services, the freedom to choose one’s way of life, what they eat, and what they drink, as well as any other liberties that do not endanger the rights and liberties of others. In a private member association, members are given access to all rights and privileges unless they clearly and immediately pose a clear and present danger of substantive evil.

Credentials and certifications are introduced into web3 through Unlock Protocol. We make sure that you may validate certifications both online and on-chain, as well as through third parties, to confirm your credentials. Along with your resume or CV, members can list their certifications on LinkedIn, their personal websites, or social media. Once you have finished the course and passed the exam, we will use Unlock Protocol to certify you in The Holy Grail Method, by airdropping the certification into your web3 wallet.
